This university project (part of my Group Business Design Project module) was an individual case study that investigated and analyzed a real and current business/organization of my choice. I explored, described, and critically reviewed in detail what the business does, why it does it, how it does it, and with what strategy. After that, I made recommendations with justifications for improvements or changes to what I had researched. The business that I chose to study was Brewdog. The full report is given below.
